Reflection: The work atmosphere is very laid back. Often when decisions are to be made, the owner will ask everyones opinion before making his decision. The dress code is casual and the store has a inviting feel to it. When customers come into the store, they are greeted and offered help. Customers at Quarter Note Music are not forced into sales like some music stores; they are instead offered the best help we can offer for them to be satisfied with their purchase.
